Why You Should Consider Presenting? |
Visitors: A massive effort is being planned by the organisers to bring in relevant target audience within China and globally. In addition Spinworkz Pte Ltd is in the midst of creating the ETA Elite Club that would comprise of production, distribution and SI companies with purchasing power from the region to attend LED CHINA and ENTERTAINMENT DESIGN EXPO. Special arrangements are being made to make it conducive for the ETA Elite Club members to attend the exhibition. We hope to bring in a minimum of 400 members from the club to Shenzhen. |
Dual Language: Presentation conducted in English can use the provided microphone for interpretation into Chinese. Interpretation personnel should be from your own organisation to ensure proper interpretation. By having English presentations, it can also target the non-Chinese speaking visitors expected at the exhibition |
Seminar Rooms: Organizer will build-up proper enclosed rooms (no top) with set-up of microphones, speakers, projectors and screens with theatre style seating for 40 pax per session. |
Cost: There is NO Cost to present. However, the organisers will have the final say as to which presentations have been accepted. |
Unique Opportunity: ENTERTAINMENT DESIGN EXPO is envisaged to target the entire production community. Planned publicity will not only reach targeted visitors within China but also within Asia. The organisers understand the need for training and presentations and are focused on providing the platform for this purpose to help the industry as a whole to upgrade their knowledge. |
